CHILDREN
Children stay free up to age of 3 years. Baby cots are complimentary.
For children aged 4-10 years, extra single beds in parent room Rp550,000 per bed, per child.
Villa Selalu is situated on a hilltop without perimeter fencing and parents with young children should take special care.
The 18 metre long swimming pool is 2 metres deep throughout and is not fenced - parents should provide supervision of young children in this area or whilst swimming at all times.
CREDIT CARDS DEPOSITS
In providing credit card details, guests authorise for 50% accommodation deposit of total accommodation to be processed by Villa Selalu.
Guests agree that their credit card will not be debited further unless at their request, or in the case of cancellation, in accordance with Villa Selalu terms, as outlined.
Guests agree that their credit card will be held in lieu of a Security Deposit (but not debited) of IDR10.000.000 in accordance with Villa Selalu terms, as outlined.
Furthermore, guests agree to accept that credit card payments attract a 3% bank surcharge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of IDR10.000.000 will be held in lieu but will not be debited, provided the following provisions are upheld:
* Maximum occupancy is as agreed at the time of the booking
* No damage or loss to the property or contents, beyond normal wear and tear
* No illegal activities are carried out or services rendered during guests’ stay
* Abide by Villa Selalu policy of NO SMOKING indoors.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival date, full refund of deposit.
Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund of deposit.
Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival date, no refund of deposit.
No Shows, no refund of deposit.
ROOFTOP
Access to the rooftop is for staff only. The owner and management of Villa Selalu will not be held responsible for any guests who venture beyond the railed area or disregarding the these conditions.
